We asked North & South to quote for works based on recommendations from friends and they have lived up to all expectations at every stage of the project. During the couple of months of works we have worked closely with all 3 owners (Paul, Gary & Paul) and they have all approached their work with a courteous, considerate, honest and reliable manner.

We lived in the house throughout the works and North & South treated it as a family home rather than simply a building site and were meticulous in tidying up any mess at the end of each day which was much appreciated. We were very impressed by their customer focus - they genuinely put the customer first. Their quotes were honoured and any unforeseen issues were fully explained and agreed before proceeding.

As customers, we felt that North & South did everything to keep costs down to those originally agreed. The attention to detail has been outstanding in all aspects of the works and throughout the project they were very amenable to any changes in specification that we requested. We are delighted with the completed works. In our experience North & South are a very professional, trustworthy and helpful firm and we have already recommended them to several friends considering building works.
